Alexa Jablonski is a Talent Acquisition Associate within the Social Impact and Nonprofit Practice at Stanton Chase. In this role, she identifies, recruits, and engages CEO/executive director and other senior leadership candidates throughout the firm’s executive search process, helping mission-driven organizations secure transformative leadership.
As a search professional of Dominican and Polish descent, Alexa brings a deeply personal commitment to ensuring the recruitment process is inclusive. Her lived experience informs her approach to recruitment, ensuring that candidate pools reflect leaders and perspectives that drive meaningful change.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Alexa served as a Research Associate at a leading global executive search firm, both within the Fundraising and Advancement and Nonprofit and Social Impact Practices, specializing in executive searches for mission-driven organizations. In this role, she collaborated with a wide range of nonprofits across philanthropy, arts and culture, social services, healthcare, and education, among other areas.
In philanthropy, she has supported the Bush Foundation, Clinton Foundation, Kataly Foundation, and Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
In arts and culture, Alexa has supported the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, International African American Museum, The Old Globe, Ravinia, Motown Museum, Studio in a School, and the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation.
Other clients have included Center for Reproductive Rights, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Human Rights Campaign, Volunteers of America–Greater New York, The New York Climate Exchange, WETA, and Women Moving Millions.
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Government from Wesleyan University, with a concentration in Comparative Politics and Political Theory.
