Alina Trascu

Alina Trascu is an Associate Consultant at Stanton Chase Bucharest. She is an experienced professional with 12 years of experience in human resources services. Prior to joining Stanton Chase as a Research Associate in 2015, she worked for over a year as an HR Consultant at an American multinational human resources consulting firm, managing search projects for clients across various industries.

Currently, as a Consultant Associate, Alina leads projects across different sectors, including Life Sciences and Healthcare, Industrial, and Consumer Products and Services.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and European Studies (2010) and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management (2012) from the University of Bucharest. Additionally, she is certified in Hogan Assessments.

Alina speaks native Romanian and is fluent in English.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and traveling.
