Camila Vargas, Managing Director at Stanton Chase Colombia, joined the company in March 2017 and was appointed as Managing Director in May 2023.

With over 15 years of experience as a consultant, Camila has built a solid career in communication strategies, branding, and human talent, both in executive search and executive assessment. Her deep knowledge of the Colombian executive market has enabled her to work with local and multinational clients across various sectors, including technology, professional services, consumer goods, digital transformation, marketing, and sales, among others.

Camila leads the Consumer Practice Group for the Latin American region and specializes in the technology, education, and healthcare sectors.

Camila is a versatile professional with a background in graphic and industrial design, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from CESA. She has also completed the prestigious Executive Development Program at INALDE, highlighting her commitment to growth and excellence in the executive field.
