Erkan Bilal is a Partner at Stanton Chase Kuala Lumpur, specializing in executive search and leadership advisory for the Cambodia and Vietnam markets, with a focus on financial services, industry, mobility, and professional services. With over 34 years of international experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, he brings deep expertise in financial services, M&A, private equity, automotive, industrial, technology, aviation, consulting, and tourism, including serving as Group Managing Director of a private investment holding in Southeast Asia.

Erkan has successfully led multicultural teams in both large corporations and mid-sized family businesses, driving growth, restructuring, and optimizing human resource strategies. His extensive network across Southeast Asia, Germany, and the Middle East allows him to tailor his approach to meet clients’ unique objectives. “Recruitment is about more than skills—it’s about emotional intelligence, cultural fit, values, vision, persistence, and perseverance,” he believes.
