Flemming Jensen

Flemming Jensen is a Partner at Stanton Chase in the Middle East, where he heads the Middle East Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transport Practice for the Dubai office.

He is an accomplished and seasoned senior executive, with comprehensive global leadership experience, primarily gained in the logistics, shipping, and offshore industries. He has served as CEO for a number of companies in these industries, and he has also held several board memberships as Director or Chairman. 

He is recognized for defining and executing innovative business strategies that strengthen value propositions, transform performance, improve revenue and deliver sustainable profitability. Flemming’s success stems from his expertise in hiring, developing, and motivating senior leadership teams. 

As an advisor, he has also assisted a number of organizations with mergers and acquisitions, change management, organizational design and development, executive search, interim management, and leadership development. 

Flemming holds an MBA from University of Leicester and a Bachelor in Shipping from A.P. Moeller’s Shipping Academy.
