George F. Cross

George is currently a Partner of the London office, having previously been Managing Director. He is also the International Chairman of the Global Board of Directors and also acts as Chairman of the Governance Committee.

He is a qualified accountant and after a successful career in industry with British Steel Corporation and William Baird plc moved into executive search. George has been with Stanton Chase International since it was founded in 1990. Prior to that he was with Korn/Ferry International. He has a particular focus on world class engineering and manufacturing groups as well as an extensive knowledge of construction and natural resources & energy. George manages executive search assignments at group board and divisional director level in all management functions in the UK, Continental Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Additionally he recruits Non Executive Directors for companies in all industries.

George works out of our London West End Office.
