Hiroyuki Hayashi

Mr. Hayashi assists his clients with personnel recruitment and also carries out investment consulting for Japanese companies in Germany and the rest of Europe.

He joined Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2019. Prior to entering the field of executive search, he pursued a career as a Lawyer and Tax Advisor in the field of international auditing/tax/legal consulting for over 20 years. He served Japanese global clients in Germany and elsewhere in Europe who had business interests in a number of different areas, including chemical products, medical technology, and machine and plant engineering.

Mr. Hayashi combines his professional knowledge of legal and tax matters with expertise in investment in Germany, all of which he offers especially to global Japanese companies. He is dedicated to meeting the high standard of personnel recruitment that is required by Japanese firms and has already had considerable multi-year experience in personnel recruitment at a Germany-based, international human resources company. He is deeply familiar with the personnel requirements of various position levels at Japanese enterprises and at German-Japanese joint ventures in Germany and in other European countries. These enterprises have ranged from innovative new, small-scale companies to large Japanese global conglomerates.

Mr. Hayashi holds a Degree in Civil Law from the Keio University in Japan and speaks fluent German, English, and Japanese. He has an active interest in playing the piano. His other leisure-time pursuits include swimming and social dancing.
