Ingolf Klammer is a Senior Partner at Stanton Chase operating out of our offices in Stuttgart and Zurich. He is a seasoned executive search and executive assessment expert with over a decade of experience across the leadership spectrum.

Ingolf’s area of expertise lies in consumer products and services, industrial, and life sciences and healthcare.
Over the past 20 years, he has worked on several senior executive-level assignments in an ever-changing global environment. He searches for executives in sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing and assembling, and finance and procurement.

Ingolf’s approach is to have an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and requirements. He will endeavor to familiarize himself with their business strategy and company culture. He understands the requirements of medium-sized family-owned businesses as well as the complexities of corporate environments.

Ingolf holds a degree in business administration from Mannheim. He is fluent in German and English.
