As a Senior Partner at Stanton Chase São Paulo, Lucas Thomaz is an experienced executive search consultant with over 15 years dedicated to strategic talent advisory. He specializes in senior-level recruitment for healthcare, life sciences, and consumer goods organizations, bringing a business-oriented perspective from his foundation in business management and marketing strategies. 

Lucas’s search practice focuses on pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare providers, and FMCG companies. He has led executive search and leadership advisory projects across all major organizational disciplines, including marketing, sales, business development, finance, and HR. He is recognized for his consultative, collaborative, and data-driven approach, acting as a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and HR leaders in complex and performance-driven environments. 

Before joining Stanton Chase, Lucas was a Partner at Linco People Experts, a consulting firm focused on executive search and talent development. Earlier in his career, he led Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer practices at Korn Ferry International, managing C-level and senior leadership projects across Latin America. His professional journey began in marketing roles at multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Bunge, providing him with firsthand insight into the challenges of strategic leadership.

Lucas holds a degree in marketing and business management from Mackenzie University and a postgraduate specialization in finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is fluent in English.
