With more than ten years of leadership advisory experience, María has advised important companies across various industries. She has a strong focus on family businesses and growing companies, having worked with families in fields such as the industrial, financial, retail, mining, and wine industries. Before joining Stanton Chase, María worked at a top executive search firm, where she excelled in assisting family offices with succession processes, the selection of key executives, HR strategy, and more. 

María’s work extends beyond the national level; she has led executive search processes for multinational companies operating in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. A key aspect of her work is becoming a trusted advisor to her clients, guiding them through the various talent processes they encounter. 

A Leadership Professional Committed to Equity 

María de los Ángeles serves on the Steering Committee of the MBA-UC Women’s Network, an organization dedicated to enhancing the role of women executives in Chilean companies and supporting their professional development. Her involvement in this group demonstrates her commitment to promoting equity and diversity in leadership positions. 

María holds a degree in communication and journalism and an MBA, both from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is also a certified Team Coach by the Corentus Institute in the United States.
