Before her tenure at Stanton Chase, Mariana held the position of Senior Associate at a leading global executive search firm. In this capacity, she led executive search initiatives for multinational corporations, focusing on sectors such as consumer goods, retail, media and entertainment, manufacturing, energy, and technology.

Mariana’s professional journey also includes collaborations with Fortune 500 companies like 7-Eleven Mexico and The Home Depot Mexico. At 7-Eleven, she served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing senior recruitment across various corporate functions. At The Home Depot, she worked in talent acquisition and in training and development roles, where she played a key role in designing and implementing leadership development programs.

Mariana, a native of Mexico, earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology with honors from Universidad Autónoma del Noreste. She has furthered her professional development through various courses and workshops, including competency-based interviewing, LinkedIn recruiter modules, and leadership and communication training.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mariana now resides in Atlanta, GA, where she enjoys spending quality time traveling with her husband and son, as well as cherishing moments with family and friends.
