Monika Kasten

Monika has gained more than 20 years of experience in executive search. She has worked both for international search companies and for national boutiques in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. Starting as a researcher she has built up her multi leveled network over the last two decades.

Monika joined Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2015. Her understanding of executive search is to bring the right people together: those, who fit. Therefore, active listening to both client and candidate has always been her strength in order to get a clear understanding of their attitudes and hence the best possible match.

Having conducted numerous assignments focusing on the automotive industry (suppliers and aftermarket), mechanical and plant engineering companies as well as technical service providers, she has become an expert in a wide variety of functions. Her clientele consists of medium-sized and large enterprises, either family-owned or listed at international stock exchanges.

In her spare time Monika loves spending time with her family and her friends. She is also a board member of the non-governmental organization Soroptimist International Club Taunus.
