He brings over two decades of business consultancy and leadership experience to the table. In his role, Radu has primarily focused on tailoring consultancy services to meet the unique needs of clients, crafting customized solutions that enhance their operations and address their specific challenges. His extensive background, including work with private equity firms across various sectors and his tenure as a Commercial Director overseeing a team of over 200 employees, further solidifies his reputation as a trusted advisor.
