Rodrigo Miwa is an experienced executive search consultant and leadership advisor who serves as Senior Partner at Stanton Chase São Paulo, bringing over two decades of expertise in executive search. He specializes in senior-level recruitment across the food and beverage manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, agribusiness, and professional services sectors. Known for his client-oriented commitment and business-focused approach, Rodrigo helps clients attract transformative leaders who align with both strategic goals and organizational culture.

Throughout his career, Rodrigo has successfully led searches for C-level and executive positions, including CFO, CHRO, General Counsel, CMO, COO, Chief Tax Officer, Board Legal Advisors, and senior leaders in supply chain, sales, finance, tax, legal, government affairs, human resources, and operations. He is particularly recognized for his consultative style and his ability to act as a trusted advisor and business partner to boards, CEOs, and HR leaders in complex, fast-evolving environments.

Rodrigo began his career as a Strategic Alliances Specialist at Oracle in 2001. In 2002, he joined Deloitte in Brazil as a Tax Consultant, where he worked until 2006 before transitioning into executive search. In 2010, he began his entrepreneurial journey by launching his own executive search consultancy, Hound, specializing in top and mid-level positions in tax and finance. He later co-founded Brava Executive Search in 2020.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University (Brazil) and is fluent in English. Dedicated to continuous professional and personal development, he is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and has a deep interest in tennis. He is married and the father of two children, Gael (8) and Mia (3).
