Sabita Rebecca is an Associate Partner at Stanton Chase Bangalore and Hyderabad. She is a seasoned search and business consultant with over 20 years of experience in HR and business.

She has successfully placed numerous executives in leadership roles and guided many through career transitions. With an exceptional eye for leadership talent, she has helped clients build world-class management teams, sales and manufacturing organizations, and R&D centers across India.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Sabita headed Talent Acquisition at HALMA, a 125-year-old UK-based company, where she established critical talent teams across their 25+ business units in India’s medical, environmental, and industrial sectors.

Her track record includes placing candidates in key positions such as functional CXOs, department heads (research, bioinformatics, process and development, IP, HOER, clinical research), and country and business unit heads (biologics, ophthalmology, microsurgical, analytical instruments, optoelectronics, consumer healthcare). She has also placed leaders in business operations, biofuels, and various support functions including HR, finance, SCM, regulatory, and operations.

Throughout her career, she has successfully identified critical and rare talent both within India and internationally, particularly in specialized fields such as clinical operations, HP/GC-LCMS applications, monoclonal antibodies, plasma-derived therapeutics, genomics and proteomics, agriculture and specialty products, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, ADME-Tox, US pharmacopeia, chemical analytics, polymers, ballistics, and patent law.

Sabita holds a Master’s in Human Resources and a Postgraduate degree in Microbiology from the renowned St. Joseph’s University in Bangalore, India. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trekking, and exploring diverse food and drink cultures from around the world.
