Sarah Shamouelian is a Director at Stanton Chase Los Angeles. She loves helping her clients transform their organizations through optimizing top tier talent acquisition combined with speed of execution, whether it be for roles in the C-suite or senior leadership. With an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK, Sarah takes a strategic and global approach to recruitment having worked across the US, Europe, LATAM, and MEA.

Prior to working as an executive recruiter, Sarah worked for 15 years in Head of Sales and Business Consultant roles for SaaS, data, technology, and professional services firms, all experiences that she brings to her work in executive talent acquisition.

Beyond Sarah’s professional endeavors, when she is not engaging with clients and candidates you can find her supporting the charitable organizations she believes in, enjoying the great outdoors, painting, and spending time with her family in Los Angeles.
