Shefali Mohapatra

Shefali Mohapatra is an Advisor specializing in People Strategy and Organisational Development at Stanton Chase Bangalore. In this role, she draws on her experience as the Founder and Managing Director of The Third Perspective, a coaching and consulting firm grounded in psychology that helps leaders and organizations manage change.

With over 23 years building people-first, high-performance workplace cultures, Shefali works at the intersection of business and human psychology. This approach took shape during her time as Chief People Officer and founding team member at Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT), where she helped grow the company from startup to market leader. Through her work shaping culture, leadership, and talent strategy, ACT consistently earned recognition as a top workplace from both Gallup and Great Place to Work®.

Throughout her career, Shefali has led major HR transformations while also advising on leadership and organizational change. Her contributions extend to board-level strategy, where she focuses on culture, risk, and ESG matters. She has worked across multiple industries, including FMCG, retail, and broadband.

Supporting her practical experience, Shefali holds dual master’s qualifications from MDI Gurgaon (Management) and INSEAD (System Psychodynamics). Her commitment to learning shows through several additional programs, including a Graduate Management Program from Wharton. She also holds certification as a leadership coach from Tavistock Consulting and is a member of the International Association of Jungian Coaches and Consultants (IAJCC).
