Steven Bullock

Steven Bullock is a Partner at Stanton Chase Sydney, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience as a global General Manager for top-tier multinational corporations. He has an established track record in business strategy development and execution, commercial management, and scaling luxury and premium brands across Australia, Europe, and Asia.

Steven has successfully built and managed regional businesses for Moët Hennessy (LVMH) in Central Europe, while residing in Warsaw, and spearheaded the growth of emerging markets across Asia, working from Singapore, Manila, and Mumbai. Upon returning to Australia, he joined a consumer services consulting firm, partnering with global brands to deliver customized sales enhancement solutions.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Steven served as a Partner at a leading global executive search firm, completing numerous C-Suite and senior executive search assignments for consumer multinationals and top-tier professional services firms, particularly in the legal sector.

Steven’s expertise is in consumer products and services including FMCG, liquor, luxury goods, durables, retail and wholesale, as well as professional services where he has specialized knowledge in family law, personal injury, corporate law, and commercial law.

Early in his career, Steven held commercial roles at Unilever and Mars. He holds a degree in Tourism Management from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed advanced international management programs at INSEAD in both Singapore and France.
