Sven Hissel

Sven Hissel is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, he has successfully conducted projects for various clients at CEO, CFO, CSO, COO, and CIO levels. He has also filled several positions in general management and business unit management, e.g., in the areas of research, development, and production, as well as in all areas of sales, HR, and finance. 

In recent years, Sven’s work has been characterized by future technologies such as IT/digitalization and AI, renewable energies, and electromobility, as well as the large and important field of sustainability management. 

Due to his studies and professional experience, Sven has extensive expertise in the IT and automotive sectors, the chemical industry, FMCG, retail, and general industry. He is familiar with recruiting for national small- and medium-sized companies as well as for global listed companies with an international search approach. 

His extensive experience in the recruitment of executives and key strategic positions in various industries enables him to recognize trends and changes in the market at an early stage and incorporate them into the search for the right candidates. 

Sven’s ability to build long-term relationships with professionals and decision-makers has led to an extensive network of executives and industry experts. Sven began his career by studying Business Administration and IT at the Open University London and the Cooperative State University of Baden-Württemberg in cooperation with the Ford Motor Company. He is fluent in German and English and has some knowledge of Italian.
