Tim Fetzer is a Director at Stanton Chase Nashville. With over a decade of global search experience, he is passionate about driving change through leadership recruitment and assessment, where he focuses on cultural nuances and organizational fit in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Having lived and worked throughout Europe, Tim offers a unique perspective for European clients with operations in the US, integrating his industrial knowledge and understanding of cultural aspects to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Tim began his executive search career in Germany. He demonstrated proficiency at two different firms in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, which led to him being recruited as a Partner to a boutique executive search firm in Munich, Germany.

During this time, Tim successfully completed numerous searches in upper management and C-suite roles for DAX 40 companies, large institutions, as well as numerous start-ups. Tim’s success can be attributed to his direct and no-nonsense communication approach with his clients and candidates, as well as his innate ability to understand their needs.

Tim received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from the Hult International Business School in London, UK. A native of Germany, he has lived in Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and all over Germany. He now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, and spending time with his family.
