Valerie Cekovsky

Valerie Cekovsky joined the Stanton Chase South Central team in 2023, serving as a Recruiter. She began her career in hospitality and discovered her professional strength in recruiting and people management.

Through her experience in recruiting, Val gained a comprehensive understanding of both the candidate and client experiences, enabling her to continually strive for their improvement. She invests considerable effort and attention in building relationships with candidates and hiring partners, which allows her to provide strategic support with a compassionate approach.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Val worked as a Senior Recruiter in the technology industry with a focus on finance. She was also responsible for leading onboarding programs for both the company and its employees.

Although Val has gained experience in various industries, the most enjoyable and distinctive one was educational travel. In that role, she oversaw the recruiting and onboarding of Tour Directors to lead student tours across the United States.

Val received her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University. Originally from Connecticut, she returned to her East Coast roots after years in Denver, CO, and now resides in Philadelphia, PA. Val’s favorite hobbies are hiking and musical theatre; she explores National Parks annually and enjoys seeing new and old musicals whenever possible.
