Stanton Chase Announces New Leadership Team in Zürich as Swiss Office Enters a New Era

Stanton Chase is proud to announce that Beate Plückhan has become Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Zürich, joined by Marc Tundo as Managing Director and Ingolf Klammer as Senior Partner, launching a new era of executive search excellence in Switzerland.

The trio, all experienced leaders with established ties to Stanton Chase and proven industry expertise, now assume full leadership responsibilities as the firm advances its commitment to excellence in executive search across Switzerland.

Beate Plückhan combines international market knowledge with extensive industry connections, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Vice President for the EMEA region at multinational companies prior to joining Stanton Chase. Her career is distinguished by leadership roles with a strong focus on sales and marketing across the chemical, textile, and paper industries, where she has consistently driven business growth and strategic development.

Marc Tundo, now Managing Director, complements the team with over three decades of operational and financial leadership. As a former CFO and Head of Services at multiple organizations, he understands what separates successful executives from those who struggle under pressure. His credentials include federal diplomas in finance and accounting and human resources management, plus specialized training in labor law and personnel consultancy.

Ingolf Klammer rounds out the leadership team with consumer and industrial expertise that spans multiple sectors and geographies. He brings over a decade of executive search experience focused on global industrial sectors including consumer products and services, industrial, and life sciences and healthcare.The combination of these three perspectives positions Stanton Chase Zürich to serve the full spectrum of Swiss business needs.
