Serving the industrial and consumer products and services markets, Heidi prides herself on fostering an excellent client and candidate experience through outstanding search execution and transparent communication. With decades of experience in corporate and nonprofit organizations, she understands what it takes to be an executive leader and is dedicated to translating her clients’ needs into an actionable strategy to find them the best-fit candidate. Since joining Stanton Chase, Heidi has participated in numerous searches across the industrial, consumer, healthcare, natural resources, energy, and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Heidi was the Director of Operations for Cable, a professional women’s networking organization, where she managed programs such as networking events, mentorship programs, and the Athena Awards. She also oversaw the Executive Leadership Academy and Corporate Board Academy in partnership with Lipscomb University and the Tennessee Women Corporate Directors. Prior to Cable, Heidi was the Community Relations Manager at Second Harvest Food Bank, where she developed programs like Friends of the Food Bank and Second Harvest’s Community Council and managed corporate and community engagement through food and fundraising activities.
Born and raised in Georgia, Heidi studied at Auburn University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in public relations with an emphasis on marketing. In 2004, Heidi moved to Nashville, where she worked in the music business for five years with Sony Music Nashville/Sony BMG and a startup digital music company, PassAlong Networks.
As a lifelong learner, Heidi is an avid reader and has completed certificates with Hogan Leadership Assessments, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, Cable’s Executive Leadership Academy, and Young Leaders Council Training (where she currently serves on the organization’s board of directors). In her free time, Heidi enjoys traveling to new places, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
